  Role PurposeAssists leads and managers of performance improvement projects in order to accomplish measureable business process improvements. Employs performance improvement/transformation methodology, tools and techniques in organization operations in order to accomplish business objectives while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. -Responsibilities
• Manages and provides consultation and support to system-wide improvement teams, functions and departments related to transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
• Directs and manages hospital and system-wide evidence based education and practice programs that support key objectives.
• Utilizes available data to promote professional clinical practice and positive patient outcomes.
• Contributes to knowledge and skill building in education, practice and process improvement.
• Provides consultation and support to the Practice Consultant Specialist.Minimum RequirementsEducation
• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
• Master's Degree - Nursing/Healthcare relatedExperience
• 5-10 yearsSupervisor Experience
