Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior
Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume calls from patients regarding billing and
payment inquiries
Research and resolve complex billing issues and customer
complaints
Maintain compliance with all regulations and document escalated
patient correspondence
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service or healthcare-related experience
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Ability to work flexible hours, including training and shift
schedules
Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new
software
