Payroll Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:

Process high-volume employee wages, taxes, and deductions accurately and on time.
Manage high-volume payroll records meticulously while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Resolve employee inquiries and payroll-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with HR and finance for accurate payroll data.
Prepare payroll reports and tax documents.
Update payroll systems with employee status changes.
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Stay updated on payroll laws for compliance.

Payroll Specialist Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance.
Demonstrate proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
