TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified RNFA RN in Belleville, Illinois, 62226 Pay Information $3,164 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: RNFA Job Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:15); Day 4x10-Hour (06:45 - 17:15) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Acute inpatient OR/Outpatient OR, Endo/Laparoscopic, General Surgery Cases, Robotics, Trauma/Amputations, Urology License: Valid State License Certifications: BLS, RNFA Must-Have: - EPIC experience - Surgical First Assistant Skills - Aseptic technique, Instrument Processing, Isolation Precautions, Laser Safety, Sterilization/Disinfection Job Description: - Position requires working 10 and/or 12-hour shifts depending on department needs, with regular call. - Call requirements are 1-2 times per week from 1700-0630 on weekdays or 0630-0630 on Saturday or Sunday. - The role may require occasional floating to a nearby campus. - Must go through the privileging process before starting on the unit. - Department specialties include heavy volume in Ortho, Urology, Thoracic, General, and Vascular. - Perform tasks related to surgical first assistance and maintain a high standard of aseptic techniques. - Experience in handling acute inpatient OR/outpatient OR, surgery cases, and instrument processing is essential. - Required to meet compliance and training modules before starting. - Compliance with immunization requirements, including the flu vaccine, unless exempted for medical or religious reasons. - Weekend coverage is managed through call shifts, and holiday time off is at the discretion of the unit manager. - Candidates must comply with local and travel policies and have not worked permanently in the facility within the last year to qualify as a traveler. 26578113EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing A diverse range of assignments on your resume showcases your adaptability, versatility, and resilience.
