Care experience at a major medical center
- Will work on advancing tele critical care and system based
critical care service across BJC

- PTO accrual starting on Day 1 The certified CNS in this
position will serve as a critical care clinical expert in a large
health care system with critical access, community and academic
hospitals to advance tele-critical care services and system based
critical care practice across BJC. The CNS will collaborate with
the teleICU team (nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners and
leaders) and the team from each hospital (critical care leaders,
nurses, providers and clinicians) to advance clinical practice and
ensure excellent outcomes are achieved for all patients and
families. The CNS will conduct quality improvement and implement
evidence-based best practices for critical care and tele-critical
care. The individual will provide education to critical care
clinicians on best practices and innovate processes to advance care
and critical care knowledge. Overview
