Job Summary:

Get a 1-year experienced Ortho/Trauma/MS RN position with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio. Requirements include BLS certification, every other weekend commitment, and a flexible schedule with possible block scheduling.

Responsibilities:


  • --- Ortho/Trauma/MS RN duties in various hospital care areas.
  • --- Provide patient care in a fast-paced environment with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.
  • --- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • --- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • --- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.


    Requirements:

    • --- 1-year experience in Ortho/Trauma/MS nursing.
    • --- BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred.
    • --- Every other weekend commitment is required.
    • --- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • --- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
