  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel RN - Telemetry 6B--Shift: Nights / 6:45p-7:15a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week,--Will work every other weekend (Fri/Sat for night shift, Sat/Sun for day shift)Requirements:
  • IL License
  • Minimum 1 year experience required
  • Required Work Setting Experience: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry
  • Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response
  • Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams.--
  • Required Cardiovascular Case Skills/Experience: Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, TR Band.--
  • Required Endocrine/Metabolic Case Skills/Experience: IV insulin protocols. Required IV therapy
  • Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.
  • Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Titrate Cardiac drips.
  • Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management.--
  • Required--Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac.
