This is NOT a remote position. This position will require relocation to the St. Louis Metro area upon acceptance of an offer.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:Primary Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives for imaging services across assigned modalities.
• Develops departmental goals and standards consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.
• Prepares departmental budget and ensures that department operates within allocated funds.
• Develops, implements, and monitors plan for patient care services in assigned department.
• Serves as a liaison between the service area and other department leaders.
• Maintain department facilities and equipment in a condition to promote efficiency, health, comfort and safety of patients and staff.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.Education
  • Bachelor's degreeExperience
    • Seven years' experience, with five years' in direct people management/leadershipPhysical Requirements
      • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
      • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
      • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
      • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
      • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
      • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
      • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

        • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), or
        • Computed Tomography (CT) Credential - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), or
        • Nuclear Medicine Technology (N) Certification and Registration - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or -
        • Radiography (R) Certification and Registration - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or
        • Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) - Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), or
        • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with Adult Echocardiography (AE) Specialty - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or -
        • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with Fetal Echocardiography (FE) Specialty - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or
        • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) Specialty - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or
        • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with Abdomen (AB) Specialty - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or -
