Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee contract
management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts, focusing on
customer and vendor agreements
Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with obligations
and deadlines
Provide guidance on contract-related issues and assist with the
implementation of a CRM
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related
field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of contracts management or comparable experience
Strong knowledge of contracting concepts and contract law
Proficiency with contract management systems, preferably Contract
Works and Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to create new procedures and workflows
